Clay is going all-in on EMEA.
The first marketer has to write the story, build the enablement, work the field, and close the loop. I've shipped all four.
London-based, French-speaking, and building with Clay. I have run enterprise marketing into European buying committees in UK financial services. This page maps each of the four to work I've already done.
The role, mapped to proof
I build with Clay: enrichment pipelines, signal-based outbound, AI research workflows. Value props written from inside the product read differently to ones written from a feature list. At Quantexa I positioned a dense data analytics platform for fraud teams at tier-1 banks as "ABM as innovative as criminals". European committees run longer cycles with lower risk appetite.
My Quantexa programmes ran inside live enterprise deals, with messaging iterated on real objections from real sales calls. Result: $6.7M pipeline at 1,917% ROI and two industry Golds. I wired Salesforce, HubSpot, Showpad and Influ2 so each contact's creative updated as their deal progressed, with no manual handoff. The strongest signal it worked: reps started requesting campaigns on their own accounts.
I ran QuanCon, Quantexa's flagship conference: 1,000+ attendees and C-level speakers from Accenture, Moody's and KPMG. I've spoken at the European ABM Forum and the Global ABM Conference, and run executive programmes for UK financial services accounts: themes, talk tracks, and invite lists built from ICP fit and open opportunities. Clay's EMEA community is already active and bottoms-up. The field job is to layer enterprise conversations on top of it, then carry what the room says back into the message.
Every programme I ran at Quantexa fed back into the next: objections from sales calls reshaped the messaging, and the measurement framework I built showed which narratives moved deals. The infrastructure I built is documented and handed over; the internal team runs it today. Deal-analysis agents, RFP agents, sales-notification workflows, HubSpot automations, win/loss synthesis: all documented, all transferable. The insight loop ships as a system, not a dependency on me.
Let's build Clay's EMEA motion from London.
You're hiring local talent that understands how to position and sell a product like Clay in Europe. I build with the product, and I've run the enterprise motion you're setting up. Thirty minutes will show the fit.
